Scott Dias has many years of experience in the building business. He began his career in furniture making when, as a teenager, he opened his own business which specialized in the production of custom pine furniture and picnic tables.

He gained valuable experience while being employed by a custom cabinet manufacturer and also by working as a custom stair builder. Scott spent 8 years as the project manager for a well respected custom home builder in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Over the years, his skills grew and in March 1991 he started Scott Dias Custom Building, Inc. In addition to Scott himself, the team consists of two highly skilled and hardworking carpenters.

Scott Dias Custom Building, Inc. utilizes onsite video surveillance. This adds a measure of security and peace of mind for both the property owner and the crew.

In addition to his building knowledge, Scott is a licensed REALTOR© and is a member of the Henniker Chamber of Commerce.
